卢哲先生是埃森哲大中华区业务发展总裁,是大中华区高层领导委员会成员之一,负责为中国地区领先企业发现价值增长点,帮助其实现全球化发展与数字化转型。

卢先生于2009年加入埃森哲,在此之前曾任埃森哲智能运营服务大中华区总裁,负责为中国地区企业提供包括业务流程外包、共享中心建设、基础设施运营、企业上云在内的端到端运营服务。卢先生还曾负责日本地区的业务流程运营服务。凭借丰富的行业经验和业务专长,卢先生首开东亚共享服务运营之先河,帮助东亚各个行业的企业在全球化进程中快速实现规模化运营和管理创新。卢先生融合埃森哲在人才、数据、IT和生态系统方面的各项能力和差异化优势,为客户提供从运营战略到运营执行的端到端全面解决方案,为客户铸就卓越业务成果。在过去的十多年间,卢先生为多个行业超过100家企业的客户提供专业服务,其中包括微软、NEC、索尼、日立、东芝、迅销、日本电产、日东电工、罗森、日产汽车、三星汽车,成为东亚地区共享服务的奠基者和先行者。

加入埃森哲之前,卢先生曾是通用电气亚太区共享服务中心的创立者之一。卢先生还曾创办了一家互联网公司。

卢先生毕业于吉林大学,拥有行政管理学士学位,精通中、英、韩、日四国语言。卢先生现常驻中国上海。

Philip Lu is the Sales Lead for Accenture Greater China and sits in the local geographic council. In this role, he is responsible for building and growing relationships with leading companies operating in Greater China to drive values for clients for their digital transformation.

Philip has been with Accenture for over 10 years and has led our Intelligent Operations business in Japan and Greater China since its inception in 2009. He worked on numerous large Business Process Outsourcing projects and has deep experience and industry know-how on BPS. He helps companies to transform their operations to achieve the goal rapid global expansion and management innovation. He is well known as leading large transformational projects, which integrates talent, data, IT and ecosystem to reinvent enterprise operations. Philip built the BPS practice into a market leading business and has personally been instrumental in growing key accounts including Microsoft, NEC, SONY, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fast Retailing, Lawson, Nitto Denko, Nidec, Nissan and Samsung Motors.

Prior to joining Accenture, Philip was an entrepreneur of an internet company. He was also one of the founders of GE APAC share service center.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Jilin University, China. He can speak Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese. Philip is based in Shanghai, China.
