Ms CHEN Boping
Regional Director for East Asia (China), C40
Before joining C40, Ms CHEN Boping was the China Director of the World Future Council (WFC), helped the WFC to establish office and promote regenerative cities in China, developing cooperation with Chinese cities following MOU signing witnessed by EU-China Heads of State.
Previously, she was the Director of Policy and International Strategy of WWF China, leading WWF China’s policy research and advocacy work with a focus on green economy.
Earlier in her career, Boping had experience with both private sector and government programs on carbon finance and conservation projects, taking different positions with the Dexia Bank, IT Power Co., Ltd and EU China Forest Management Program under the State Forestry Administration.

C40城市气候领导联盟东亚区总监
加入C40城市气候领导联盟之前，陈波平担任世界未来委员会（德国）北京代表处首席代表，中国区总监，推动世界世界未来委员会在中国开展循环城市工作并经相关部委批准正式设立代表处，在中欧政府首脑的见证下与中国城市签订合作协议推进循环城市。此前，陈波平任世界自然基金会（WWF）中国政策与国际战略总监，负责WWF中国的政策研究与倡导工作及相关战略规划。此前陈波平曾就职于英国可再生能源公司、法国德夏银行股份有限公司北京代表处、国家林业局中欧天然林管理项目，参与碳基金筹备，公用事业融资政策、市场研究及环保项目开发。
