林斌先生于1997年加入西门子（中国）有限公司，担任低压部门区域经理。加入西门子之前，曾在飞利浦工作。
2000.10-2005.04，林斌先生担任自动化与驱动集团标准传动部总经理。
2005.05-2009.12，林斌先生在自动化与驱动集团担任华南大区和华东大区总经理，负责销售。
2010.01-2012.09，林斌先生担任西门子数控（南京）有限公司总经理，负责新产品开发和生产。
2012.10-2019.03，林斌先生分别在驱动技术集团及过程工业与驱动集团担任总经理。
2019.04-2021.09，林斌先生担任西门子（中国）有限公司执行副总裁, 低压电机全球事业部总经理。
2021年10月起，林斌先生担任西门子（中国）有限公司执行副总裁，西门子大中华区智能基础设施集团总经理。
Mr. Lin Bin joined Siemens in 1997, as Sales Manager of Region East, Automation and Drives Group (A&D). Before that, he had worked at Philips.
2000.10-2005.04, Mr. Lin worked for Automation & Drives Group, Siemens Ltd., China, as General Manager of Standard Drives Business Unit.
2005.05-2009.12, Mr. Lin was assigned as General Manager of Region South and Region East, responsible for regional sales.
2010.01-2012.09, Mr. Lin served as General Manager of Siemens Numerical Control Ltd., Nanjing (SNC), responsible for new products development and production.
2012.10-2019.03, Mr. Lin was appointed as General Manager of Drive Technologies Division (DT) & Process Industry and Drives Division (PD), Industry Sector, Siemens Ltd., China.
2019.04-2021.09, Mr. Lin was appointed as Executive Vice President of Siemens Ltd., China, and Global Low Voltage Motor Business Segment Head.
Effective from October 1st, 2021, Mr. Lin took over the position as Executive Vice President of Siemens Ltd., China, and General Manager of Smart Infrastructure, Siemens Greater China.
