依托中新互联互通项目三级合作机制，重庆联动西部省区和新加坡等东盟国家，通过区域联动、国际合作创新探索中新互联互通项目国际陆海贸易新通道，促进了全球交通物流网络的互联互通，强化了多式联运体系的建设，不断提升国际贸易信息化、便捷化水平。

Taking advantage of three levels of cooperation mechanism for the China-Singapore initiative on connectivity, Chongqing is working with the rest of western China and ASEAN countries, including Singapore, to explore the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor through regional cooperation and international innovation. It has improved global logistic networks and enhanced multimodal transport systems, and it is making global trade more information-based and convenient.

    In February 2017.the Southern Transport Corridor was first proposed at a meeting of the China-Singapore Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation.

    习近平总书记在会见新加坡李显龙总理时提出，希望双方建设好中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目，并在地区层面带动其他国家共同参与国际陆海贸易新通道建设。
    In September 2017.president Xi Jinping met with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore, hoping that both China and Singapore could well develop the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity (CCI) and encourage more countries in the area to be part of the efforts of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.

    在李克强总理和新加坡李显龙总理共同见证下，两国政府签署共建中新重庆战略性互联互通示范项目国际陆海贸易新通道谅解备忘录。
    In November 2018.in the presence of Premier Li Keqiang and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, the two governments signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor under the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity.

    习近平总书记在第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛开幕式主旨演讲、记者会等不同场合多次提及“陆海新通道”，“陆海新通道”还被列入会议成果文件，成为共建“一带一路”的重要成果和平台。
    In April 2019.president Xi Jinping mentioned the new land-sea corridor on different occasions, including during his keynote speech and press conferences, at the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. The new land-sea corridor was included in the list of deliverables as an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative.

目前，中新双方已建立“陆海新通道”高官会机制，共同编制通道国际合作规划，积极带动东盟其他国家及“一带一路”沿线国家、地区参与通道建设。
Recently, China and Singapore have adopted the mechanism of holding senior officials’ meetings, where the two countries can work together to make plans for international cooperation, encouraging the rest of ASEAN as well as regions and countries along the Belt and Road routes to play a part in the corridor construction.

    The “one-plus-one” cooperative model speeds up the progress of multimodal transport systems in Chongqing

    集聚重庆铁、公、水、空多种运输组织方式的比较优势，利用新加坡在交通物流领域的先进经验和网络资源，中新双方合作打造中新（重庆)互联互通多式联运示范项目。

    项目采用“1+1”合作模式，由中新双方共同推动优质重点企业投资成立市场化运作的重资产公司及轻资产公司，负责项目具体落地工作。

    With the competitive advantage of multi-modal transportation, including railways, roads, waterways and air, the two countries are working on the CCI by following Singapore’s best practices while making full use of its network resources in transport and logistics.

    The project adopts the “one-plus-one” cooperative model, where the two parties work together to boost the investments by major enterprises in market-based asset-heavy and asset-light companies that will carry out the project.

    Smart Digital Platform for Global Trade and Logistics under the Belt and Road’s New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor

    该项目由仙桃前沿消费行为大数据公司和新加坡泰来供应链公司联合开发。 依托于中新数据专用通道连接双方数据信息系统，“一带一路” 陆海新通道国际贸易物流智能数字平台利用物联网、大数据、智能化、云计算等技术，汇总整理国际贸易、国际物流、国际仓储、国际零售等相关数据，实现了货物资产运输过程、存储情况、销售进度等的精准追踪及跨境仓储货物及时调拨，帮助企业实现了物流仓储的智能化、数字化管理。

    This project is developed by Chongqing Xiantao Consumer Insight Research and Big Data Co, Ltd. and Tailai Supply Chain (Singapore).The digital platform, based on the digital information systems from the two countries connected by the China-Singapore (Chongqing) International Internet Data Channel (IDC), collects and processes the data from global trade, logistics, storage and retail by Internet of Things, big data, intelligent technology and cloud computing. It allows the precise tracking of the shipment, storage and sale of goods and handles cross-border management of inventory in time, helping enterprises achieve digitalization in smart logistics.

    Union for Storage Management

    该项目由重庆聚力协同供应链管理有限公司和新加坡Y3科技公司联合开发。依托于“AI＋大数据”技术，聚配联盟平台整合了广大物流企业和生产企业的原有运力及车辆，协助企业提升了货物及车辆管理效率，降低了运营成本。

    This project is developed by Chongqing Poly-Synergy Supply Chain Management and Singapore-based Y3 Technologies.With AI technology and big data, the Union for Storage Management organizes freight transport across the logistics and manufacturing networks, allowing enterprises optimize their management of goods and trucks while saving on operating expenses.

    • 无人驾驶落地仙桃数据谷 解决交通出行的“最后一公里”

    Xiantao Big Data Valley with autonomous vehicles: achieving the last mile

    2017年11月，新加坡科技工程有限公司在渝设立独立法人公司重庆新钶电子有限公司。该公司与重庆仙桃数据谷达成了“仙桃数据谷多功能智慧灯杆及无人驾驶示范项目”的合作项目。

    目前，该项目已完成一期智慧灯杆建设，实现了多杆合一及5G智慧灯杆多方面、多角度的综合性应用。同时引入无人驾驶迷你巴士，提供最后一公里的交通接驳服务。这标志着重庆市首个开放式园区内的无人驾驶接驳项目的成功落地，同时也是目前重庆同类项目中路况最复杂、环境综合性最强的成功案例。

    In November 2017, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd. (ST Engineering) set up a subsidiary called ST Electronics (Chongqing) Co. Ltd. The new set-up partnered with Xiantao Big Data Valley to complete the Xiantao Big Data Valley’s Smart Lighting and Autonomous Vehicles project.

    Currently, the design of smart lighting as the first step in the project has been finished, with multi-functional 5G streetlights applied in a wide range of areas. Autonomous minibuses have been introduced to provide the last-mile shuttle service. This marks the first self-driving shuttle service that has ever been provided at an open park in Chongqing, as well as a successful case that tackles the city’s most complicated section of road.
