With economic and trade exchanges between Chongqing and Singapore becoming increasingly close, significant progress has been made toward the mutual establishment of institutions in multiple fields. Chongqing enterprises have obtained financial licenses in Singapore upon approval, while a number of national and regional functional financial institutions engaged in cross-border business have settled in Chongqing, continuously enriching the business scope of the financial industry of both Chongqing and Singapore.

    Sino-Singapore Connectivity Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. has 17 fund products in operation to date, which have mainly invested in information technology, urbanization infrastructure, bio-medicine, aviation tourism, comprehensive health and other fields, with a total investment scale of nearly nine billion RMB. In addition, it also has more than 50 reserve projects with a cumulative amount of nearly 40 billion RMB, and has cooperated with BitRock Capital and Chongqing Jiangbeizui Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. in setting up an investment fund of 500 million RMB to promote China-Singapore financial technology cooperation.

    重庆狮岩毅鸣股权投资基金管理有限公司是国内首家新加坡独资私募基金管理公司，于2016年落户重庆，并与重庆市南岸区签订长期合作协议共同组建产业发展基金，基金总规模10亿人民币，运用基金的市场化运作推动当地现代服务业的发展。基金首期规模为1亿人民币，下一步主要将继续投资引进大消费，文创与大健康企业。

    Chongqing Lion Rock Yi Ming Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. is the first solely Singapore-owned private equity fund management company incorporated in China. It was settled in Chongqing in 2016 and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Nan'an District of Chongqing to jointly establish an industrial development fund with a total fund scale of RMB 1 billion RMB, aiming to use the market-oriented operation of the fund to promote the development of the local modern service sector. The initial scale of the fund is 100 million RMB; in the next stage it will continue investing in comprehensive consumption, cultural creativity and comprehensive health enterprises.

    2016年8月，由新加坡普洛斯集团投资设立、注册资本1.5亿美元的普洛斯金融控投（重庆）有限公司落户两江新区。经过五年来的快速发展，已支持重庆乃至全国经济社会发展方面取得了阶段性的成果，并在2020年8月获得国际权威机构《亚洲银行家》颁发的“最佳商业生态系统/平台”奖项。

    GLP Financial Holdings (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. was settled in the Liangjiang New Area in August 2016. It was invested and established by Singapore GLP Group with registered capital of 150 million USD. After five years of rapid development, it has obtained phased achievements in supporting Chongqing and even national economic and social development. Moreover, it won the "Best Business Ecosystem/Platform" award, granted by international authority Asian Banker in August 2020.

    2020年6月，中银金融租赁有限公司正式获准开业，注册资本108亿元。其中，中国银行出资100亿元，持股比例92.59%,是中国银行金融租赁业务的全球性总部，是重庆首家注册资本金超过百亿元的金融法人总部机构，具有极强的示范带动作用。

    In June 2020, BOC Financial Leasing Corporation Limited was officially established upon approval, with a registered capital of 10.8 billion RMB. Bank of China invested 10 billion RMB of this capital, giving it a shareholding ratio of 92.59%. Being the global headquarters of the financial leasing business of Bank of China, it is the first financial corporate headquarters in Chongqing with registered capital of more than 10 billion RMB, producing an extremely strong demonstration and playing a leading role.

    中信银行于2017年在重庆江北区设立国际业务运营中心，为重庆唯一一家总行级后台集中运营机构，业务涵盖“结算+融资+交易”等方面，为全球客户提供优质的跨境综合金融服务，推动重庆外向型经济发展，促进重庆地区的金融创新，并为重庆吸引高端国际业务人才。目前已集中29家分行的单证业务，年国际单证结算量逾200亿美元。

    China CITIC Bank established an international business operation center in Jiangbei District, Chongqing, in 2017. This is the first and sole centralized back office operation institution at the head office level in Chongqing. Its business covers “settlement, financing, transactions” and other services, providing high-quality comprehensive cross-border financial services to global customers. This has driven Chongqing to develop into an export-oriented economy, facilitated financial innovation in Chongqing, and attracted high-end international business talent to Chongqing.At present, the document processing business of 29 branches has been centrally processed at the center, with an annual international document settlement volume exceeding 20 billion USD.

    2016年1月，中国建设银行“中新（重庆）互联互通跨境金融中心”在重庆揭牌，积极服务国家“一带一路”战略，落地“中新示范项目”项下全市首笔跨境直贷，截至2020年9月，累计投放跨境贷款225亿元，客户涵盖航空、物流、商贸、制造业等多个行业，业务覆盖主城、渝西、库区等10多个区域，保持全市同业领先。

    In January 2016, the "China-Singapore (Chongqing) Connectivity Cross-Border Financial Center" of China Construction Bank was inaugurated in Chongqing. It has actively served the national strategy of "the Belt and Road". It issued Chongqing's first cross-border direct loan under the “China-Singapore Demonstration Initiative”. As of September 2020, it has issued cross-border loans of 22.5 billion RMB in aggregate. Having customers covering aviation, logistics, commerce, manufacturing and other industries, and businesses present in more than 10 regions, including the main urban districts, western Chongqing and reservoir region, it keeps the leading position in its relevant industry in Chongqing.

    China-Singapore Financial Technology Cooperation Demonstration Zone is a cooperation demonstration zone jointly established by China and Singapore for preliminary trials of financial technology policies and industrial agglomeration and development. At present, the demonstration zone has completed site selection, and has attracted many well-known financial technology enterprises to settle there. In the future, China-Singapore Financial Technology Cooperation Demonstration Zone will continuously strengthen its reputation and influence, so as to attract more domestic and foreign resources to cluster.

    2017年5月，重庆江北嘴国际投融资路演中心作为跨境投融资对接服务平台和资讯门户，与新交所、港交所、上交所及大型银、证、保、投行等60余家金融机构建立战略合作关系，举办线下线上投融资路演活动45场，参与机构企业3200余家，为服务实体经济、国内企业“走出去、引进来”提供全周期金融服务。

    In May 2017, Chongqing Jiangbeizui International Investment and Financing Roadshow Center, through serving as a cross-border investment and financing docking service platform and information portal, established strategic partnerships with more than 60 financial institutions including Singapore Exchange, HKEX, Shanghai Stock Exchange, large banks, security institutions, insurance institutions and investment banks. In addition, 45 investment and financing roadshows were held both online and offline, with more than 3,200 participating institutions and enterprises, providing full-cycle financial services to serve the real economy and facilitate domestic enterprises to "go global and bring in."

    Integrated Finance Service Platform for Logistics

    重庆物流金融服务股份有限公司是经重庆市人民政府批准设立，致力打造集公共服务、登记服务、投融资对接服务和物流供应链组织增信服务等功能于一体的“一站式”综合金融服务机构。2017年12月，公司与中国工商银行合作开立了全球首份铁路提单信用证，实现了铁路提单的融资和结算功能。截止目前中外运签发铁路提单56份左右，运输货值1921万欧元。

    Chongqing Logistics Finance Service Co., Ltd. was established upon the approval of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government. It is committed to becoming a “one-stop” comprehensive financial service institution integrating public services, registration services, investment and financing docking services, the credit enhancement services for logistics supply chain organizations and other functions. On December 22, 2017, it cooperated with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in issuing the world's first letter of credit for a railway bill of lading, which realized the financing and settlement functions of the railway bill of lading. It has issued about 56 railway bills of lading for Sinotrans to date, with a transportation cargo value of 19.21 million EUR.
