中国国际经济交流中心美欧研究所副所长(主持工作)、研究员。主要从事中美中欧关系、可持续发展、气候变化政策等方面研究工作。发表专著若干，包括《发展更高层次的开放型经济》、《中国宏观经济问题研究》、《负面清单管理模式下的外商投资监管体系研究》、《〈巴黎协定〉——全球应对气候变化的里程碑》，、《中国、美国和欧盟气候政策分析》等，连续多年参与主编《全球要事报告》、《可持续发展蓝皮书》等。发表SSCI、SCI、CSSCI等学术论文100余篇。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目、国家部委等课题若干项。获得部级一等奖2项，二等奖3项，三等奖3项。向有关部门提交内参100余篇。
Academic Resume of Huanbo Zhang
Deputy director (department chair) and senior researcher of the Institute of American and European Studies of China Center for international economic exchanges. He is mainly engaged in research on China US relations,China EU relations, sustainable development and climate change policies. Monographs published by him include “developing a higher-level open economy”, “research on China's macroeconomic issues”, “research on the regulatory system of foreign investment under the negative list management mode”, “Paris Agreement - a milestone in the global response to climate change”, and “analysis of climate policies of China, the United States and the European Union”. He is also the main participant and chief editor of book series “The report on important global issues”, “The blue book on sustainable development”. More than 100 academic papers have been published on journals of SSCI, SCI and CSSCI. He has hosted many research projects of China National Natural Science Foundation and national ministries and commissions, awarded 2 first awards, 3 second awards and 3 third awards at the ministerial level. He has finished and reported more than 100 articles to relevant government departments for internal reference .
