C40执行总裁

C40’s Executive Director since December 2013, in which role he leads C40’s 40-strong staff team, reporting to Mayor Paes of Rio, as Chair of the C40 Steering Committee, and Michael R.Bloomberg, as President of the C40 Board.

Prior to joining C40 he was for five years a Director at the international engineering consulting firm, Arup, leading its Energy and Climate Change team. Previously he spent eight years as a Senior Adviser to the Mayor of London, in which role London Evening Standard as “the intellectual force behind Ken Livingstone’s drive to make London a leading Profession light of the battle against global warming described him.”
